  • I've made a purchase - how do I log in?
There are a few reasons you may be unable to log in. To protect the seller, your account will not become activated until PayPal has processed your payment to completion - at which point, you should receive an email with your login credentials.

If your payment has been fully processed, make sure you’re entering your login credentials exactly as they appear in that email. If you’ve misplaced your login credentials, you can recover your password on this page.

Another common scenario is if your account has expired. All purchased classes are good for a certain duration of time; make sure that after you purchase your training, you’re taking it soon thereafter.
  • Can I take my Training from my phone?
Yes. While our Training is best experienced from a desktop or tablet, the only requirement to access your purchased training is browser, and a stable connection. We have personally tested our training on the most popular browsers, and for the best experience, we recommend using either Google Chrome or Mac Safari.
  • Why haven't my CEs been reported to CE Broker yet?
When your CEs are automatically reported to CE Broker, CE Broker requires us to send your License Number. If you haven't completed filling out your Training Profile, including your License Number, we may not able to automatically report your CEs. Make sure that, if you intend to complete your training with Ace Classes, that you fill out your License Number when prompted.
  • Why can I not take a quiz?
Our training is structured in such a way that you may encounter scenarios where you need to watch the previous presentation before being able to access the Quiz. If you're unable to access a piece of training, make sure you've completed and passed the prior training.
